Refractive Surgery

Laser vision corrective surgery is one of the newest options to see clearly without the use of glasses or contact lenses. LASIK surgery (at this time the treatment of choice) can treat myopia, astigmatism and hyperopia most often with outstanding results.

Just as with all elective surgeries, the decision to have laser corrective surgery should be made on an informed basis weighing all of the advantages, disadvantages and potential risks.
